When and how much will I be charged? You will be charged on the 1st of each month for that month's access. If you join during the middle of a month you will be charged a pro -rata rate for the days left in that month and for the following month. You must keep your account paid for 1 month in advance. Our current normal rate is $24.95 month. How do I cancel my account? Just contact us in writing, either by fax or mail. How do I pay for my account? You can pay by credit card, cheque, money order or EFT however payment by means other than credit card or EFT shall incur a $2.00 surcharge. How do I set up my computer to dial in and log on? What do I do If I have forgotten my password? What extra costs may I be up for? Calls to your phone carrier (e.g Telstra) to connect to our Internet Service. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they are using a local dial in number. A reconnection fee of $5.00 applies to acoounts that have not been paid and must be set up again.
