When and how much will I be charged?

You will be charged on the 1st of each month for that month's access. If you join during the middle of a month you will be charged a pro -rata rate for the days left in that month and for the following month. You must keep your account paid for 1 month in advance. Our current normal rate is $24.95 month.

How do I cancel my account?

Just contact us in writing, either by fax or mail.

How do I pay for my account?

You can pay by credit card, cheque, money order or EFT however payment by means other than credit card or EFT shall incur a $2.00 surcharge.

How do I set up my computer to dial in and log on?

Calls to your phone carrier (e.g Telstra) to connect to our Internet Service. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they are using a local dial in number. A reconnection fee of $5.00 applies to acoounts that have not been paid and must be set up again. A $2.00 surcharge applies to accounts not paid by credit card.

Why do I keep getting disconnected?

You have a 3hr connection limit after which you will be disconnected and need to redial. If you are having problems getting disconnected frequently before the 3 Hrs please »click here to work possible reasons why.
